TRC has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager in our Lowell, MA office to support site assessment and remediation projects, real estate and property development clientele, and environmental compliance for the regional industrial sector.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, high quality, value-added, environmental/consulting services to TRC's key clients.
  • Budget, scope and schedule development, monitoring and adherence for tasks and projects managed.
  • Cross-practice collaboration in the pursuit of new projects/clients and strategic pursuits, including proposal development and client meetings and in the execution of existing projects.
  • Profitably deliver and execute projects with high quality and high client satisfaction.
  • Quality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables related to projects and tasks managed as well as projects and tasks managed by others. Responsible for implementation of TRC quality procedures at project and task levels.
  • Preparation of technical documents and reports.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
  • Mentor other environmental staff.
  • Active participation in key trade organizations and in the marketplace.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Review RFQs and prepare proposals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communications skills both written and oral. Must be driven to lead project teams and market new clients. Must interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees.
  • LSP or LEP certification required.
  • E. / P.G. certifications are preferred but not required.
  • S. in Civil, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Sciences
  • Minimum ten (15) years of environmental consulting experience with a focus on site assessment and remediation projects, RCRA compliance and solid waste permitting.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
