Who We Need

Sabel Systems is seeking a MBSE subject matter expert (SME) to assist one of our Space customers with digital transformation for acquisition. You will be responsible for working with the government team and other contractors to move paper based processes to truly digital processes.

The ideal candidate has an expert understanding of SySML and knows how to apply MBSE to move from analog paper-based processes to digital acquisition products with automated workflows. Our client is using Jira, Confluence, Sparx EA and Cameo EA. Expertise with Cameo/Sparx is required. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus. Experience working in agile environments is a strong plus. Knowledge and experience with Multi-Disciplinary Analysis and Optimization (MDAO) is a strong plus. This telework position requires a Secret clearance (TS desired) and the ability to travel 10% - 20% for customer visits and work in a SCIF as required. Outstanding communication and coordination skills are a must for this telework position with a distributed team and remote clients. This task order is a base +4 year contract. Sabel is seeking candidates that are interested in a long-term career with us.

• Consult client on application of MBSE for DoD acquisition, acquisition digitalization, and automating workflows
• Support clients as they move toward digital acquisition
• Provide MBSE best practices to assist client mature their MBSE capabilities
• Conduct complex analysis and distill key findings and recommendations into concise, professional reports
• Brief senior leaders and team members

Your Qualifications

Required

• MBSE expert
• SysML
• Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) Experience
• Agile experience a plus
• SparxEA, and Cameo experience
• Secret or TS Clearance
• BS in related field, MS desired, Will consider years of experience if no degree
