Who We Need

?The Scrum Master leads Agile software configuration efforts for Teamcenter and ancillary Digital Engineering technologies for the Air Force Capability Support Office (AF CSO). Coordinates the sprint activities of software configurators, functional Subject Matter Experts (SME), Product Owners, and others to optimize the prioritized completion of stories and functionality to achieve on-time completion of product releases. Coordinates Sprint events to include establishing operational tempo, establishing virtual meeting event schedules and disciplines, facilitating collaborative issue resolutions, and briefing leadership on plans and accomplishments. Ensures impediments to the team's successful completion of their goals are removed. Assists the CSO Program Manager with general project management activities related to the Agile team.

What You'll Do

• Lead Agile lifecycle implementation
• Lead, manage and/or supervise release planning, Epic/Story development, backlog development and prioritization, story assignment and tracking, Jira or other card system use, team tasks and resource loading
• Status Program leadership and stakeholders on Sprint and release progress
• Coordinate with ancillary team members such as cyber team, Change Management team, Quality Assurance, data leads, cloud platform personnel, etc to ensure secondary and tertiary stakeholder needs are considered while making configuration decisions
• Lead trade-space analysis to assist clients in selecting configurations that best meet objective outcomes while minimizing technical debt, risk, and cost
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate retrospectives to continuously improve service delivery
• Assist with new user onboarding planning and execution activities
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

Required

· Expert understanding of Agile
· Certified Scrum Master
· 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
· Experience with card and issue management process and systems (e.g., Jira)
· Strong spoken and written English skills
· Experience delivering presentations to clients
· Bachelor's Degree
· US Citizen
· Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Desired

• Experience working the USAF or Department of Defense environment is highly desired
